• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

• Sponsor: The Unleash the Uglies Switchgear Contest is sponsored by Enercon Engineering (Enercon) (the "Sponsor"), located at 201 Altorfer Lane, East Peoria, IL 61611. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third parties, unless expressly stated.

• Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Enercon Engineering, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.

• Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 1, 2023, and ending on October 31st, 2023. All online entries must be received by 12:00 PM Central Time Zone on October 31st, 2023.

• How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at www.EnerconPower.com/Ugly. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Enercon Engineering

• Photo Usage: By submitting a photo, the entrant grants Enercon Engineering a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Privacy: Any information entrants provide when entering the contest will be used in accordance with Enercon Engineering’s privacy policy.

• Prizes and Selection of Winners:

• Weekly Drawings: Each week during the contest period, three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that week. Each weekly winner will receive one (1) prize from one (1) designated prize level consisting of (Level 1: Enercon branded hat, ARV $10; Level 2 Enercon branded Yeti mug, ARV $20; or Level 3 Enercon Yeti Rambler® 46oz water bottle, ARV $55), the specifics of which will be solely determined by Enercon. The odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the respective week.

• Grand Prize: At the end of the contest period, one grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received throughout the contest period by a selected panel of judges identified by Enercon. The grand prize will be a Solo Stove Wood & Gas Pi Ultimate Bundle (includes: Pi, Pizza Stone, Stand, Stainless Peel, Bamboo Peel, Stainless Turner, Pizza Cutter, Shelter). The actual retail value is $1,200. The odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the contest period.

• Fan Favorite Prize: At the end of the contest period, one fan favorite prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received throughout based on the most online votes for the photo entry. The fan-favorite prize will be a Yeti® Prize Package consisting of a Hondo® Base Camp Chair, Hondo® Base Camp Chair Carry Tote, Loadout® 5-gallon bucket, Loadout® bucket utility gear belt, Loadout® bucket caddy, Loadout® bucket lid, and a Rambler® 36oz water bottle. The total actual retail value of the prize package is $530. The odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the contest period.

• Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the contest within five (5) days following the winner selection. Enercon Engineering shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

• By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, winners grant to Enercon Engineering the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

• Disclaimers: Enercon Engineering, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and assigns, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.

• Taxes and Legal Compliance: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from the acceptance of the prizes. Enercon Engineering will issue a 1099-Misc for all prize values of $600 and above. Enercon Engineering shall not be held liable for any tax-related matters or legal disputes that may arise.

• Governing Law: The contest and these official rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

• Disqualification and Termination: Enercon Engineering reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated the contest rules or engaged in fraudulent or unethical behavior. The contest may also be terminated or modified at the discretion of Enercon Engineering for reasons including, but not limited to, technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events.

• General Conditions: Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules. Enercon Engineering reserves the right to interpret and modify the rules as necessary. Any disputes arising from the contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. By entering this contest, you agree to abide by these rules and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Enercon Engineering as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.
