Vice President, Global Sales
After serving for over 24 years in the United States Army, and retiring as Lieutenant Colonel, Lott joined Enercon in January 2020 to lead the company’s business development efforts within the defense industry. In 2021, Shaun's leadership responsibilities expanded and he now oversees Enercon’s global sales division which services over 110 countries.
He is a member of the Association of the United States Army, Air Defense Artillery Association, and the Military Officers Association. Shaun is based out of Enercon's Huntsville, Alabama office.
Business Development Manager
Robert Stern is a career professional with 24 years of experience in contract manufacturing for consumer and commercial products, focusing on sales/marketing in addition to roles managing NPI, product development, manufacturing, and quality improvement.
His extensive knowledge of computer and electronic hardware and a passion for being hands-on throughout the process chain is an asset to his clients. Past roles include Product Development and Sales for the US Based/China MFG – consumer electronics firms, National Accounts Sales Manager/Business Development for MSI Computer, and Director of Operations for KL Fenix.
Robert is currently one of Enercon’s Qualified Manufactures Technical Representative for UL508A.
Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Anthony is exceptional at focusing on the customer, rather than the product being sold. He prioritizes relationships and brings teams together to identify and provide solutions that meet customers' needs.
Prior to joining Enercon, Anthony oversaw a team responsible for selling and providing learning solutions to Business Partners and B2B clients in North and South America. Past experience also includes managing Sales & Service for a Midwest super-regional bank and selling cash automation solutions nationwide.
Anthony is originally from Chicago and a graduate of Northern Illinois University. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and a Masters in Management Information Systems. He enjoys spending time in nature, riding BMX, and promoting mental wellbeing.

Dave Kimmey is an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Applications Engineer, SalesForce Administrator, and Design Engineer.
Driven by partnering with his customers, he takes pride in providing the best results possible. As a Regional Sales Manager, his goals include teamwork, offering a solution with options, and providing the best communications possible.
In addition to his primary job functions, Dave has been recognized by being a Certified Salesforce Administrator for his extraordinary expertise in Salesforce.
Southeast Regional Sales Manager
Jared is an insightful, growth-centric, and proactive professional with a 30-year career in sales, business development, and marketing within the electrical industry.
His broad background is focused on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products, industrial, commercial, and data center markets, with demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and implementing practical solutions for his clients.
Jared possesses a strong ability to communicate in an effective manner within all levels of a project. His proven competencies at generating and initiating cost-effective plans and maximizing resources makes him a valuable partner for complex power projects.
