Shaun Lott

Vice President, Global Sales

After serving for over 24 years in the United States Army, and retiring as Lieutenant Colonel, Lott joined Enercon in January 2020 to lead the company’s business development efforts within the defense industry. In 2021, Shaun's leadership responsibilities expanded and he now oversees Enercon’s global sales division which services over 110 countries.

 

He is a member of the Association of the United States Army, Air Defense Artillery Association, and the Military Officers Association. Shaun is based out of Enercon's Huntsville, Alabama office.

Anthony Silva

Business Development Manager

Anthony is exceptional at focusing on the customer rather than the product being sold. He prioritizes relationships and brings teams together to identify and provide solutions that meet customers' needs.

 

Prior to joining Enercon, Anthony oversaw a team responsible for selling and providing learning solutions to Business Partners and B2B clients in North and South America. Past experience also includes managing Sales & Service for a Midwest super-regional bank and selling cash automation solutions nationwide.

 

Anthony is originally from Chicago and a graduate of Northern Illinois University. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and a Masters in Management Information Systems. He enjoys spending time in nature, riding BMX, and promoting mental well-being.

Tim Buss

Regional Sales Manager

Tim possesses expertise in building customer rapport and acumen for inspiring colleagues to provide the best solutions for his customers. From his extensive experience working with numerous local municipal and federal government entities, defense agencies, and industrial manufacturing OEMs, he can visualize his customers’ success and help identify highly effective strategies to overcome their power control challenges.

 

Tim’s global understanding makes him a strong partner for projects and procurement opportunities both on a domestic and international scale. He is a long-term advocate of the warfighter and prides himself on being part of a team that delivers tactical-critical power to our troops and allied nations.

Dave Kimmey

Midwest & Northeast
Regional Sales Manager

Dave Kimmey is an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Applications Engineer, SalesForce Administrator, and Design Engineer.

 

Driven by partnering with his customers, he takes pride in providing the best results possible. As a Regional Sales Manager, his goals include teamwork, offering a solution with options, and providing the best communications possible.

 

In addition to his primary job functions, Dave has been recognized by being a Certified Salesforce Administrator for his extraordinary expertise in Salesforce.
