Enercon was acquired by Generac, a global leader in energy technology solutions, in April of 2026. This strategic move strengthens our ability to grow manufacturing in East Peoria, expand our presence in the rapidly growing data center market, and enhance our switchgear and generator enclosure capabilities.

Enercon has scaled up production to meet rising demand, adding capacity for an additional 1,000 docking systems per year on top of our existing output. We now deliver a full lineup of precision-engineered solutions — including UL 891 distribution systems, loadbank docking stations, and dual-purpose docking panels — to data centers, hospitals, utilities, defense programs, and critical infrastructure nationwide.
